Lazy start today, checked out about 9am and headed to a nearby cafe for breakfast and a great coffee. We saw a shop that sold outdoor clothing and saw their sale rack out the front, so had a rummage, I bought a lovely long warm sweater with hood, Bert bought a whole outfit of warm weather clothing.
When we checked out they gave us a box of cakes and croissants to go with us, very generous and so very yummy. Had our chocolate and cherry muffin for morning tea in a tiny town called Rai Valley, then drove into Nelson and found the hotel.
Went for a walk around town, did about 9kms wandering around. Found a coffee around 3pm and have just ordered an Indian Takeaway - delivery to the hotel. Very sore feet so just relax and chill out.
No photo's today worth sharing today, but tomorrow we are on a Boat tour of the Abel Tasman National Park, so look again tomorrow for pictures and such tomorrow.
