Waded out to boats again and off we went - this time to a swim through - not paddling but beautiful grotto for swimming and watching the fish, we found another small swim through that had a huge opening to the sky, like a skylight. Very pretty.
Then into another cove, that looked like, something out of a Hollywood movie with little grass huts and palm trees - pictures to follow they are still on the camera.
Run out of paddle strength so Tracey and I just sat and swam in the water while the boys paddled. A lovely lunch under the palm trees, pork, chicken and salads with loads of tropical fruits and yellow watermelon.
Two more stops before home, first one was snake island - not because they have snakes but because there is a large sand spit that snakes away from the island. Shallow lagoon you swim in and cool down.
Last stop was the beach bar near home. The wooden hulled outrigger tourist boats were 2 deep at beach, we had fresh coconuts and some folk went up to the Bar on the beach front.
Home by 4:30pm very tired all day in the beach, sun and sand.
The massage ladies we had ordered in the morning were here waiting for us...much better after a 1 hour massage, dinner at the hotel on the beach and into bed. Bert stayed up and spoke with folk as they came back from having pizza.
