As the sun does not rise till 8:30am or 9:00am and all the houses have blackout shutters, we have not been waking till at least 7:30am or later, so breakfast was not till 9:00am, very civilised.
Carmen, the owner of the house said she would put our huge bag of washing on and I could hang it out to dry, no cost... We hung around and did that before lading up and driving to the castle car park and walking up to the lookout there.
We then went to a town called Villareal for lunch, bacon and cheese - but it was a huge white bread roll full of stuff for €4 (a$5.50). We made our way back to the viewing area called The Rock where the buzzards and Eagles are and stayed there for a couple of hours, one landed right on the rock in front of us.
Time to head home for a nap and wait for dinner.
Meet a very nice Austrian couple at dinner, Joseph and Linda and enjoyed their company over our supper.
Carmen served us a lovely pumpkin soup, then lamb and homemade chips, and homemade yogurt with fig jam and honey from the farm...
Off to our beds full..
Some pictures here, more to follow in next post..
The buzzards and eagles are sitting on the big power lines, looks odd for such big birds to be hanging out on the power lines.
